The Annual Conference and Reunion is held each year at Fort Indiantown Gap. The is the major activity of the 28th Infantry Division Association's mission. The Annual Reunion is held the Wednesday through Saturday after the Labor Day holiday. Tours of Fort Indiantown Gap, local excursions and a day trip to a place of historical interest are some of the activities available to reunion participants. The week concludes with a memorial service at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Saturday morning and a Veteran's Banquet that evening.

Registration starts with the reunion with sign-in and pick up of packets. Be sure to stop at our tour desk to find out about local area attractions that you can visit such as: the Hollywood Casino, Hershey Outlets, Hershey Trolley Tour, Antique Auto Museum or the Pennsylvania National Guard Military Museum on post.
Our evening “Welcome Program” offers the evening meal and welcome remarks from the President of the 28th Infantry Division Association. Following the meal, the Association’s annual business meeting will be conducted. At the conclusion of the business meeting, there will be time for socializing with friends, old and new.
10:00 am - Join us in the Community Club for the showing of The American Saint Nick, which is the true story of how a handful of members of the the 28th ID brought Christmas back to Wiltz, Luxemboug during World War II.
After lunch, a briefing on the activities of the 28th Infantry Division will be presented by the Command and a briefing of Veteran's Affairs activies by the Deputy Adjunct General of Veteran's Affairs.
The picnic will be held at 4:00 pm at the Community Club. After the picnic, we will have an evening of visiting and socializing.
We will also be holding a special Painting Party fund raiser for our Scholarship Fund that will be available to all reunion attendees as well as community members on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at the Community Club.
Our annual day trip this year will be to Baltimore, Inner Harbor. The morning will feature a visit to Fort McHenry for the flag ceremony in the morning. Lunch is on your own at Inner Harbor and then the afternoon will be spent at the National Aquarium. Dinner will be at the American Legion in Dillsburg on the way home. Following dinner, we will board the bus for our return to Fort Indiantown Gap.
Other areas of interest are the Hollywood Casino, Hershey Outlets, Hershey Trolley, Chocolate World, the Antique Auto Museum or the museum and simulators on post. You can also spend the day visiting with other Division members at the Community Club in the hospitality suite.
The Memorial Service will be held at the Pennsylvania Veteran’s Memorial in the National Cemetery at Fort Indiantown Gap. Following this special service, attendees will return by bus to the Community Club for a light lunch. A social hour and annual banquet will be held in the evening. The 28th Infantry Division Combo Band will provide music for dinner and dancing.
