Ordering Instructions

1. Print the order form provided Order Form.*

2. Enter the items you wish to purchase on the order form.

3. Complete the order form to include shipping and handling (PA Residents add 6% Sales Tax - except for clothing which is exempt. Clothing items are hats, shirts, and jackets).

4. Enclose a Check or Money Order with your Order Form in envelope and mail to the 28th Infantry Division Association.

5. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
