Annual Reunion
The Annual Conference and Reunion is held each year at Fort Indiantown Gap. The is the major activity of the 28th Infantry Division Association's mission. The Annual Reunion is held the Thursday through Saturday after the Labor Day holiday. Tours of Fort Indiantown Gap, local excursions and a day trip to a place of historical interest are some of the activities available to reunion participants. The week concludes with a memorial service at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Saturday morning and a Campaign Social on Saturday afternoon.

Thursday:
Registration starts with the reunion with sign-in and pick up of packets. Be sure to stop at our tour desk to find out about local area attractions that you can visit such as: the Hollywood Casino, Hershey Outlets, Hershey Story Museum, Antique Auto Museum or the Pennsylvania National Guard Military Museum on post.
Our Welcome Dinner offers remarks from our President, Joe Zimmerman, along with a buffet dinner. After dinner, the Association’s annual business meeting will be conducted. At the conclusion of the business meeting, there will be time for socializing with friends, old and new, at our evening picnic at the Community Club.
Friday:
In the afternoon, a briefing on the activities of the 28th Infantry Division will be presented by MG Mark McCormack, Commander of the 28th Infantry Division.
Our picnic will be held after the briefing. Friday evening there will be time for socializing and refreshments in the club area.
Saturday:
Our annual Memorial Service will be held at the Pennsylvania Veteran’s Memorial in the National Cemetery at Indiantown Gap in the morning. Following this special service, we will have a light lunch at the Community Club and then a free afternoon to prepare for the banquet.
The evening will consist of a social hour and our annual banquet with guest speaker, Richard Riley, author of Surpassing the Crucible and featuring the 28th Infantry Division Band who will provide music for an evening of food and friends.
